Your character in this game will be the CEO of the company and he has to manage to rise the benefits and prestige of the company.
You can get this by hiring excellent staff and using all your skills in order to reduce the costs of the work contract and to convince the future workers that they are not worth that much. Once they have been hired, you will encourage them to get the most of them.

As you can see, this game is in keeping with nowadays' employment world. This does not mean that it is not funny and a real challenge for strategy.
