Give back the Start Menu to your Windows 8 and improve the usability of this new operative system.
Review by Raphael C.
For example, this does not have the Star Menu button, it does not appear from the starting of Windows, it lacks functionalities, etc. But all this exists in StartIsBack, a program that will help us improve our experience when using the last of Microsoft.
- StartIsBack achieves that users can go to the traditional menu when we start the computer, always, without missing the possibility to change to the Modern UI like now.
- In the same way, it gives us back the Start Menu of Windows 7, the original one.
- The new menus and the bars appear when putting the tip pf the mouse on the corners that have been disabled, offering us the possibility to enable only the functions we want.
- The function of the two desks of Windows 8 has been separated. Now, the screen of Modern UI is only for the nice Metro apps specifically designed for the new interface, while the rest of the programs work with the traditional desk.
For all this, StartIsBack can turn to be an essential program to have together the users of Windows from always with the new proposal and, maybe, imposed by Microsoft and its new Windows 8.

With this program I lost the option of having the taskbar when I navigate in Google Chrome, I think it is a disadvantage to the program
The best: I practice to access the different features of Windows
The worst: The taskbar disappears when I navigate in Google Chrome

I love what the program promises. I recommend to all those who use to go to the homepage and leave comments to improve the beta.

Practical and interesting application which simulates Mac Dock's to Microsoft Windows.
