The Showdown Effect is a game of multiplayer action in en 2.5D Or what is the same, a game created in 3D but which you can play in side scroll platforms like in the classic platorms of always.

In fact, retro inspired the whole setting of the game, which is based on the retro action films of the 80s and 90s.

Expect a game full of shots and more shots, as well as spectacular explosions and a good 'classic' arsenal of weapons; guns, baseball bats, assualt rifles, umbrellas, grenades, katanas, missile launchers...

The Showdown Effect also uses streaming technology integrated for recording your games and publishing them directly in Twitch.tv, without the need for using any other programme.
