PDFCreator

PDFCreator is an app that acts like a virtual printer that converts documents into PDF. The way of working for the users is the same as if they were printing documents; they will only need to send them to PDFCreator. Also, it allows the transfers of different formats, from the classic Word doc to the writing in the notepad.

As if it was a common printer, the user can modify the configuration according to which the documents will come out. In this case, it is formularies of printing in which, for example, it can be given a name to a document or edit the quality of the pre-impression. To access to PDFCreator, the users will have to ask it from the menu of their program of edition of text and the, select his program that it will have been attached as default.

Also, one of the aspects that we need to take into account about PDFCreator is that when it makes the conversion to PDF, it does not eliminated the original document, but it keeps it without any kind of modification in it.
