MLDonkey

A tool for exchanging files through P2P protocol.

This application for downloading files is capable of connecting to various networks at the same time to download the same file we want to have from different servers, all of this due to swarming.

The application is named so because it was designed as a client from the well-known download programme eDonkey, although nowadays it supports others such as Overnet, Bittorrent, Gnutella and    Opennap., but now it has gone a little further in its provisions. This is a very easy to use programme, under a very simply designed interface and with a nice pet appearing on the majority of the keys, which is a penguin, very recognisable for Linux users.

The way it works is very similar to the other programmes of its category, organised searches, various files downloading at the same time, extensive database..., but with the advantage of multi-network.

This programme has been designed under the open source criteria, it is also operational with both the Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
