I would check its effectiveness in current programs.

Several years ago it used and proved very useful. Currently I would like to know if it works with programs today.
The best: In addition to being easy to use, you can package any program.
The worst: As I said, I used it only once, to package an Access database, I would try to package a functioning program in Visual Basic.net.
