There are two ways to download any facebook videos, Either use in-built facebook view after login to your account, select any video you want to download, double tap on it and it will open pop-up with option select download that's it. Your downloading will be started.

Or in other way, you can option your facebook offical app, go to option on any video, then click on copy url you will get the button just click on that    and it will open the app for you.
