Facebook Chat for Pidgin

The popular software to chat, Pidgin, now includes a new possibility for the messaging; it is about using your account in Facebook with the contacts that the user has in this well-known app. The chat in our email account does not always work and in it we have all the added contacts and it is as default in Facebook besides other friends that have other email clients. With Pidgin, we will be able to send and receive instant messages with our friends in Facebook.

Pidgin does not only give us the possibility to chat with Facebook Chat, but it also includes a resource to exchange files or to make searches through the profiles. The way to install it is, taking into account that you need to have installed previously Pidgin, is to add the account you have in Facebook inside the app for Chat. Then you have to move to the interface of Facebook and authorize the entrance and the possibility for Pidgin to connect to the account and the list of the Chat in Facebook. It is a new possibility to keep on chatting now also with the social network icon in your desk.
