I have had a bad experience when making my purchases, because many times the products disappear from my shopping list and I have to add them again, that delays my process a lot. It is not something that should happen, because the application exists to facilitate the work, not to delay us more than it should. They should review that topic and generate updates to avoid any type of bug. Otherwise, the app will not be able to satisfy any need and you will have to attend the establishment in person, which is the same as nothing.

It can be said that it is acceptable, it fulfills its purpose, which is the purchase of products in a simple way. However, sometimes it is very slow and this becomes desperate. It may not be possible that one wants to make their purchase in a normal, fast and smooth way, but the application gets slow from one moment to another. They should improve that aspect, because they only delay customers and instead of being a solution, they only interrupt the fact of being able to buy. After that, everything works flawlessly.
