The work inside an office has some directions that come from a structure that was created at the beginning of the project. These structures have a specific organization that is decided together with the working team. To make the organization of this structure of working, the best thing is to create schemes or capture the ideas of each of the responsible of the task and activity in the document that gets stored. This is the case of the program Blumid, a solution for the creation of mental maps that has a really pedagogic and visual form.    

The mental maps that are proposed by Blumid have the tasks assigned with different colors that users construct in this map and that can be customized. This way, the reading of the map is faster and easier as the tasks are highlighted. Between the characteristics of the program, we can find the possibility to add different tabs for different maps add notes inside the schemes and make combinations with different colors. The formats that supports this program to open the documents are: MBD and MM and, the maps created are saved in: JPEG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, SVG, MM, TXT, BMD and PNG.
