Avidemux

The program Avidemux is a simple free video editor that has been designed for the simple tasks of cutting the videos, filtering and conversion of the formats. It has support for a lot of different formats amongst which we can find     avi, dvd and it is also compatible with mpeg, as and mp4 files by using the different codecs for them.    

The program is available for Linux, BSD, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operative systems and it will allow us to convert video files between multiple formats. The combinations that we can do are a lot as well as the possibilities that the program offers us.

Its functions are completely compatible with a lot of entrance formats, like mov, DIvX, Xvid, wmv2, RGB, mpeg4, avi, mpeg1 and 2, as well as many others and audio codecs like mp2 and mp3, etc., without compression.

This program can be used to edit videos that we have by cutting sequences that we do not want, joining different fragments, adjusting the audio speed, etc., all in a very agile way from its interface, of the most simple and intuitive. We can also add an audio track to our video, creating our own customized video and even add effects on them will make us enjoy our time when editing our videos.
